Our Returns PolicyWe want you to be happy with your order and offer a 14 day no quibble guarantee on all products purchased through egpaesthetics. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you at the price you paid for the product(s). Please note we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order. For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty. How to Make a ReturnPlease package your product(s) securely in the original packaging and return to the address below. You will also need to include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the product(s). This will enable us to refund the correct account. UK, Isle of Man & Channel Island Customers only* If the order you are returning does NOT contain perfumes, nail varnishes or aerosols then please click on the Royal Mail website link below and select Allbeauty from the Retailer list, then follow the on screen instructions to complete your return. https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer For International Customers, we are unable at this time to offer a freepost address for returns. Delivery charges incurred will not be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected. Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials include:aerosol items, items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals, some alcohol based items and items that contain contents under pressure. At this time, The Republic of Ireland do not allow for returns to be sent via the post. Please contact us for further information.
