The Website is governed by the laws of the UK although you may have additional rights under your local law if you are purchasing as a consumer. EGP Aesthetics Ltd  reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notification. The contract will be concluded in English.

The Website may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We have made every effort to reproduce colours on the Website as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so colour matches are not yet possible over the internet. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee on all products. Please see our returns policy.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

MAKING AN ORDER

​

All communication to you from egpaesthetics.co.uk will be addressed to your email address as supplied when you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order please contact us immediately.  egpaesthetics.co.uk will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register.

The technical steps required, creating the contract between you and us are as follows:

• You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process.

• We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from egpaesthetics.co.uk

• When your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.

• Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

​

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.

• The product you ordered being unavailable for delivery to your selected delivery country.

• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

• The identification of a pricing or product description error.

• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

Egpaesthetics.co.uk reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual Customer.­

At busy times orders may take 2-3 days to be dispatched. The majority of orders are received within 2-3 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service please allow up to: 8 business days for Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, 12 business days for Western Europe and 20 business days for the Rest of The World.

PAYMENT

We accept payment in GBP (£)

​

For payments made in GBP we accept: Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and MasterCard. For all other payments we accept: Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, MasterCard and Alipay. We also accept payment through PayPal for GBP,

We do not hold any credit card details. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider's website.

​

We do not sell products to children, if you are under 18 you may use egpaesthetics.co.uk, but all orders must be made by your parent or guardian.

RETURNS POLICY

​

All products purchased through this website are covered by our 14 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will refund you. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). We do not offer a freepost returns address for our customers. Your statutory rights are not affected.

​

For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty.

RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION

​

You are entitled to cancel your online order or phone order up to 7 days after the day on which you receive your order.

If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can by email at egpaesthetic@gmail.com (with the word "Cancel" present in the subject line), or in office hours by calling +44 (0) 20 7498 5658. We dispatch items very quickly and as such we have limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out.

If your order has already left our warehouse and you decide to cancel, we will refund your order in full but not including any postage and packing you may have been charged up to a maximum of our Standard UK Delivery charge. Please ensure you inform us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of receiving your order.

​

We will refund to the original payment method used to place the order and provide you with our returns address so you can return the goods to us at your expense. Please return the goods within 14 days. Please note, we reserve the right to await receipt of the returned goods, before issuing your refund.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY OR INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

We will always do our best to ensure that your product(s) arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur or items are damaged in transit. Please check your product(s) on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible. The sooner we are notified the easier and quicker it will be to resolve the issue for you.

Where products received are of poor quality, incorrect, faulty or damaged, the following applies:

Within 30 days of receipt of the goods: we will offer you a full refund, including any postage you paid or if you prefer and the product is still available, a replacement will be sent.

​

After 30 days but within 1 months of receipt of the goods: we will offer you a replacement in the first instance, or where a replacement is not available (for instance it is no longer in stock), a full refund will be paid including any postage.

​

After 1 months of receipt of the goods: the responsibility is yours to prove that the goods were faulty at the time they were received and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Depending on the circumstances we may offer a replacement, a partial refund or a full refund.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to product(s) that are faulty, received damaged or not as described.

Don't worry, sales taxes & VAT on orders dispatched within the European Union (EU) are all pre-paid by us. You can shop with confidence at egpaesthetics.co.uk knowing that the price you see, is the price you pay.

Please note: We have no control over taxes and fees on orders sent outside of the EU. Please contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges prior to placing your order.

We collect Contact and Delivery information (e.g. name, billing address, delivery address and email address) The Customer's Contact and Delivery information is used to get in touch with the Customer when necessary and to supply products as ordered. For your added security all payment pages are hosted and processed by Adyen Payment Services which means that we don't hold records of your credit card details.

Should you wish to close your account, please contact our Customer Services Team on egpaesthetic@gmail.com who will be happy to organise this. Once you cancel your account you will no longer be able to shop online or receive e-mails from us. You can re-register at a later date using the same email address, however any historic order information will not be available to view.

PRIZE DRAWS

When entering any of our contests or prize draws, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or prize draw, you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Website. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received or logging into your account page on the Website.

Entrants of any prize draw agree to have their names published in egpaesthetics.co.uk promotional materials.

The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

PROMOTIONAL VOUCHER CODES & GIFTS

From time to time we may offer promotional Voucher Codes for discounts, prize draws or free gifts. Please be aware that certain Vouchers may be applied automatically during checkout according to basket criteria that you have fulfilled.

 

Voucher Codes remain valid for the durations stated in our promotional materials, at the sole discretion of egpaesthetics.co.uk and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice. Customers may only redeem either one Voucher Code, or a single promotional gift, per order.

Unless otherwise stated promotional Voucher Codes will not be redeemable against products that are already being promoted. Specifically products in 3 for 2 offers, Brand Sale Events, On Sale, Special Offers, Outlet and Gift Vouchers will be excluded.

FREE GIFTS

Free gifts are offered subject to stock availability and on a first come first served basis. Egpaesthetics.co.uk will always seek to ensure a reasonable stock of any free item is available before running a free gift promotion.
